3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). jilive is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by jilive as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilive login credentials, including your username and password. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing. 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
9.2 jilive's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.3 jilive does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

11.2 Upon termination for cause, jilive may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable anti-money laundering checks.
